She was very helpful in recommending what needed to be done to list at the best price, getting all the paperwork signed and going quickly, keeping us informed at each step and getting it under contract at more that listing price way faster than we ever expected after explaining each offer we received. Their program that returns part of their commission back to their hero's (cops, military, teachers, nurses, etc.) category was a wonderful addition to the already smooth process. Learning about all the extra they do to give back to the community was just a bonus. Everyone in their office was just as easy and delightful to work with as well. It was nice to have an entire company that was willing to go above and beyond for our family during our transition.
